History[]

The Royal Blues (Kemburg City F.C.) were founded in 1922 as the first club in Kemburger football, and acted as the national team for Kemburg for several years, attracting many Kemburgers to the new national sport. The Government owned the Club as a national team until 1925, when new clubs were founded in Kemburg and the club was sold to the rich McDavid family, with the club signing players from Europe and Brazil. The club became a very large football club until the 1960's, when the club had financial difficulties. Kemburg City has since then been a key football club in Kemburg, and has won the First Division more than any club. Kemburg City will play Dortmund SFC in a highly publicized friendly in Traspes in December 2013.
Kemburg City has a longstanding rivalry with Tattington Road F.C., the famous Kemburg City Derby.
